You pay for delivery from Kyiv to your address yourself at Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta rates. The delivery time is 7–14 days.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may occur in individual cases, for which we are not responsible. These may include fees from financial institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import-related charges and taxes (e.g., customs duties).

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 working days, and international deliveries take 7–21 working days after conclusion of the contract (or after receipt of payment in case of prepayment).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all items in one combined shipment, unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
